I am inspired by the idea that sometimes to improve in work and life we just need help making small adjustments to improve performance in both work and life. I was inspired on a beautiful powder day of skiing this winter. If I try to ski in powder the same way I ski on groomed trails it can feel hard and frustrating. My legs would tire quickly and I would feel like a bad skier. But if I adjust my technique and strategy in the right ways, skiing in the fresh powder can feel amazing. That is how I want to help my clients. I want to guide them to make meaningful adjustments to how they lead that will make them and their teams and stakeholders feel that amazing progress.
